OSHO MEDITATION FACILITATOR TRAINING
This training is for people who wish to learn to facilitate Osho Meditations in public or for friends;
also for those who wish to understand more clearly the science and art of meditation for their own spiritual journey.
It will be also of great benefit for people who want to gain confidence in working with people, to introduce and to recommend meditations.
Osho is a unique and contemporary spiritual master who has created many methods of meditation designed for life in the modern world.
Osho has also revitalized many other traditional methods with a new dynamism and a new clarity.
Osho’s active meditations such as the famous Dynamic and Kundalini are unique because in a simple - yet highly effective way - they prepare
us for deep silence by first clearing the mind and emotions as well as raising our inner energy; so that when we enter into the silent stages of
meditation we can enter into our consciousness more directly and quickly than through passive methods done alone.
On the first day of this training we will dive deep into the experience of meditation, a full day of practicing the meditation techniques for
ourselves. The day will be in silence, to help build up the energy of meditation, and end with a short time for questions & answers.
In the following days of the training we continue to experience as many meditation techniques as possible, to experience all the major OSHO
meditations, plus we will have time to review how do those meditations work.
Each trainee will be given the space to experiment in introducing and facilitating a meditation.
