The chakra system is a step-by-step map of human energetic evolution that transforms our life in all aspects from the material to the spiritual.
It is grounded in the normal everyday material world, teaching us how to transform survival fears into life celebration, to open our potentials and discover creativity;

The Transformation for Chakra Energies Series comprises of seven self experiential courses culminating in the OSHO ENERGY COUNSELOR TRAINING,
the groups can be taken in any order of preference according to which chakra one feels most drawn to begin with.
The group contents range from intensive active therapeutic methods and meditations to clean out old energetic blocks to quieter silent
meditations to support and nourish our inner being.

the lowest is MULADHAR and the highest is SAHASRAR,
and between these two are five steps, five more chakras.

OSHO Energy Counseling Individual Session
This individual session is a deep insight to into your life situation.
To help you discover that whatever is happening in your life is a chance for growth and an opportunity to learn.
Work, career, money or creativity questions often relate to one side of our life.
Love, relationships, sexual energy, family issues often connect to another side of ourselves.
Meditation, therapy, and all methods of understanding ourselves connects with another channel of inner energy flow within us.
These 3 major life energies connect to our inner male, inner female and our chakra energies.
An intuitive reading of the current state of your inner energy will help reflect back to you what you need to work on now and what
you need to nourish within yourself – often it is not what you might expect!
This 90 – 120 minute session comprises of an initial sharing, the energy reading, then a therapeutic practice to help you with the issues
and the flow of energy; and finally recommendations of how to continue helping yourself after the session.
Sarovara has developed this session and recommends it in conjunction with an on-going self-growth program of
meditation practice and therapy course attendance.
One of the aims of the OSHO Energy Transformation Institute is to train people to become Energy Counselors, at present all the
assistants on this faculty page are able to give Energy Counseling Individual sessions on a voluntary basis.

The double rainbow is the symbol of transformation.
In the first rainbow we see red is at the top and
violet at the bottom.
This represents the material world.
We are a rainbow, but the red belongs at the feet and
the first chakra area and the violet at the head.
So when we see the red at the top and the violet at
the bottom, it is as if we are seeing a person upside
down or descending from heaven diving down to the
earth. In the upper second rainbow,
and remember it is not such a common sight,
the colours are the right way up,
this symbolizes the journey back to heaven,
the ascent of the kundalini,
the journey of transformation, the spiritual world.

past lives, which is a necessity for all seekers who wish to clean out the darkness of the subconscious.

Sarovara was born in England in 1960, His spiritual search began in teenage years, at age 15 he received initiation into
Tibetan Buddhism by Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, at 19 he came across the books and meditations of Osho,
as soon as he could, he went to India to become a disciple of Osho (link to read Osho's talks to Sarovara)
From 1980 Sarovara lived in Osho’s communes in England, Germany, India and USA.
In 1985 he was selected to train as a therapist in a scholarship program at Osho International Meditation University, Oregon, USA.
After the Counselor Training he continued to train in a broad range of therapies, including Star Sapphire Energywork,
Intuition and Esoteric Science, Reliving Past Lives, OSHO Meditative Therapies, Pulsation, Psychic Massage and in the
Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System® he is an Advanced Level Teacher.
From 1987 onwards, he was a group leader and administrator in several faculties of Osho Multiversity, Pune, India.
He also has a Professional Diploma in Counselling from Oxford College, UK

Sarovara has been travelling internationally since 1987 to guide seekers through Osho therapy and meditation seminars.
He has created the Institutes so that the process of personal transformation can spread further, based on the vision that once an individual
has passed through their own transformational experience they can then begin to guide and share with others also.
The Institutes are now growing rapidly in Hong Kong, China, Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic Republics.
